first_imgGardai in Ballybofey have appealed for witnesses after today’s fatal road crash at Loughmore on the Barnesmore Gap. “The collision occurred at approximately 11.50am,” said a Garda spokesman.“A 69-year-old man was seriously injured in the collision and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was taken to Letterkenny General hospital where a post mortem was carried out. MAN ADMITS STEALING HANDBAG AND DAMAGING GARDA CAR

first_imgA young man who stole a woman’s handbag and also caused almost €500 to a Garda patrol car has appeared in court.Letterkenny court.Gary O’Donnell, of Labadish, Letterkenny appeared at Letterkenny District Court yesterday on both theft and criminal damages charges.
